Our range of movement elements incorporating castors, wheels and ball transfer units ensures all the right moves. This is clear from our introductions of the RE.E2 industrial castors with moulded polypropylene-technopolymer wheel centre and vulcanised rubber tyres – alongside the new GN509 ball transfer units in steel or stainless steel – which are ideal for moving many sheet materials on machine tools or on conveyor systems.
Our RE series of castors and wheels addresses the mainstream of heavy duty industrial castors through institutional castors for medical equipment and on to electronics, storage and manufacturing – they feature twin ball race chassis in swivel and total lock variants, as well as fixed types. Twin race castors being particularly beneficial in minimising the effort required to align the castor in moving away from rest. Standard wheel configurations include heavy duty polyurethane moulded onto cast aluminium cores and roller bearing axles at the top end through polyurethane over technopolymer, monolithic polyamide, to non-marking thermoplastic rubber or vulcanised rubber and plain bearing axles.
