Castors & Wheels

A new line of industrial castors and wheels for manually moving machines, equipment and trolleys.
As part of the continuing expansion of its product line, Elesa is now turning to meet the needs of the industrial wheel market. After its success with levelling elements for the fixed positioning of machinery and equipment, the company has shifted its focus to moving them, with a new line of mainly rubber and polyurethane wheels.
Through an in-depth market analysis, Elesa has identified the main types and sizes of industrial wheels that meet most primarily manual moving needs within industrial facilities.
RE.FF: polyamide-based technopolymer wheels with injected polyurethane covering, particularly suitable for smooth floors.
RE.F5: die-cast aluminum wheels with mold-on polyurethane covering, good smoothness, suitable for heavy loads and smooth or slightly rough floors.
RE.F8: polyamide-based technopolymer monolithic wheels, excellent smoothness, suitable exclusively for smooth floors.
RE.G1: polyamide-based technopolymer with gray anthracite thermoplastic rubber covering, suitable to be used on smooth floors and slightly rough floors.
RE.E3: two galvanized metal sheet discs with vulcanized rubber covering, particularly suitable to be used on not perfectly smooth floors.
RE.C7: polyamide-based technopolymer wheels with gray anti-trace vulcanized natural rubber covering, suitable for light loads.
Galvanized or stainless steel brackets for applications that require high corrosion resistance are fixed or swivelling and come with or without brakes. The plates feature four oval-shaped holes to facilitate attachment.
