Our new LV series of high stability mounting feet features an asymmetric foot design incorporating screw-down pads for positive positioning (with one or two screws) and much enhanced structural integrity for applications such as conveyors and other vibration prone equipment. Moulded feet in reinforced polyamide technopolymer incorporate a non-slip pad which also takes up slight surface unevenness.
Reference LV.FO in zinc plated steel is complimented by a LVQ.FO-SST version in AISI 304 stainless steel. Conventional hex nut adjustment is available in M8 to M16 size with foot diameters from 60 to 80mm with Elesa’s reduced stem design available where cost is a major consideration.

Our new IF/IFF series 90° stability handles provide quick-fit support on powered hand tools such as grinders, sanders, disc cutters, drills etc, or related motor driven workbench equipment, where they offer hand protection at one end or at both ends as required.
IF and IFF handles are manufactured in black gloss reinforced polyamide with M8 or M10 male or female fittings for simple installation without tools.
Our new Castors and Wheels catalogue offers a one-stop reference for our full range of castor assemblies and components for the industrial, office, medical, display, laboratory, engineering and associated industries. It includes 9 new types with extensive selection and guidance notes to assist buyers in specifying for loading, floor surface, functionality and materials.
Our extensive castor range covers typical industrial equipment loadings with steel or stainless steel chassis brackets as well as wheels in many configurations of polyurethane, polyamide, thermoplastic, vulcanised or elastic rubber, as solid or tyred wheels. These are available to suit surfaces as diverse as tiles, expanded metal or unproved areas. Weight capacities from 2200N to 23000N are catered for.

Our new CMUF 270° hinge offers a simple way of supporting flaps, panels, hatches and doors in a desired position against the effect of gravity or limited external forces. The CMUF adjustable friction hinge can in some instances negate the need for hatch springs or gas struts. The CMUF allows for simple friction adjustment with use of an axially mounted hex socket screw to suit varying circumstances on enclosures or cabinets.
The braking torque provided by CMUF hinges allows users to set the opening force of the door so that it may stay partially open, or will dampen down the closure.
CMUF hinges are manufactured in tough die cast zinc with technopolymer friction elements. They are available in black or grey to match the housing and in sizes of 40mm, 50mm and 60mm.
We are happy to inform customers that we offer a fast turn-around machining service for standard machine elements such as handwheels (2, 3, 4 spoke and solid), also crank handles, clamping knobs with bored insert, as well as 3 arm lobe knobs and tri-lobe knobs which ensures quick and correct fitment to the operating shaft.
This service uses pre-set machining jigs, fixtures and tooling so saves internal time and program disruption costs, as well as ensuring that any mistakes are at no cost to the customer. This simplifies the production process for standard secondary operations such as drill and tap or bore and ream, e.g. to H7 tolerance. The service is applicable to plastic moulded items with insert, or solid, e.g. aluminium or stainless steel which require a keyway, cross-drill and pin or specialist machining such as undercuts or partial threads. There is no minimum quantity (we can do 1 off if required) on standard components and can also apply to outright customised solutions from the Elesa factory in larger quantities.
Consequently, customers receive full machined components, production ready “out of the box” ready to fit, so saving the time taken programming in-house work or sending for outside machining. This unusual service is seen as part of the Elesa commitment to our customers saving time, saving money and ensuring guaranteed quality through the supply/production chain. Our new catalogue brings together a lot of very full information about special application handles, so providing a single source reference for many high quality items with typical stylish Elesa design.
Well known as a market leading standard component supplier, we have an extensive range detailed in this new catalogue – this includes many designs of bridge handles, tubular handles, luggage handles, flush handles, inset handles, locking handles and interlock handles with either inbuilt safety or indicator micro-switch, for personnel and machine protection.
A specialist range of white “clean” handles is described for use in applications such as electronic assembly areas and laboratories.

Our new CSMH is a flush mounting compression latch with pop-out T bar handle that offers IP65 protection from dust and water ingress. Ease of use is provided by the T handle which operates the compression latching over a range adjustable from 13mm to 75mm. This ensures soft closure with the latch itself covered in glass reinforced polyamide to provide added protection for the cabinet paint finish over the operation cycle.
The CSMH is particularly suitable for applications on power generation or HVAC equipment, as well as machine controls and power distribution panels in outdoor situations where it is resilient to bad weather. Clever design thinking has allowed Elesa to include an 8mm padlock hasp facility and a micro-switch mounting to permit remote sensing of the handle position so that its status may be electronically determined, i.e. open or closed. The CSMH is available with single or differing key combinations (up to 400 possibilities).
These tough new GN 1130 lifting lock pins enable quick installation on heavy equipment, for lifting either axially or at up to 90° for use with specialised lifting equipment.
The GN 1130 is suitable for secure lifting of goods and equipment on a permanent or temporary basis with fast removal when required. The 1130 lifting rings are easily released by push-button operation of the shrouded mechanism which secures/releases the four stainless steel locking balls so allowing the pin to be inserted/removed from the anchoring hole.
Our new GN 1130 is available in heat treated steel (manganese phosphate) or in stainless steel: AISI 630 pin, AISI 316Ti lifting ring and AISI 316 connecting screw/nut assembly. Sizes suit 1.5 kN to 4.8 kN axial loads.

Our new MO series horizontal toggle clamps feature the MOAS and MOBS stainless steel designs with in-built safety latch which prevents accidental opening when subjected to strong vibrations or side forces.
Their low profile is ideal for confined areas and for mounting on expansive flat work bases where their safety action also ensures that operator fingers are not impacted during opening.
MOA and MOB variants are available in zinc plated steel without trigger operation. All the MO series come with a comfortable red polyurethane handle, making them easily visible for quick operation of the over-centre mechanism. Clamping forces of the MO series range up to 6200N dependent on size on unit.
