GN425.5 corrosion resistant folding handles

Corrosion-resistant folding handle from Elesa
As Standard Element specialists we at Elesa are pleased to offer the GN425.5 range of corrosion-resistant folding handles in stainless steel and polyamide. These folding handles offer major benefits in space saving and safety in confined spaces such crowded workplaces, narrow corridors or similar.

The GN425.5 series – from 100mm to 180mm – feature front M6 screw mounting into the polyamide brackets (with removable covers) which support the stainless steel (or chrome plated steel) handle, the handle itself being retained in its resting position by means of internal spring loading. Rugged industrial use is envisaged with functional performance up to 250°C and static loading up to a maximum of 500N.

Gracefull pull handles

GN665 pull handle
Smooth contoured and graceful pull handles like our new GN665 have the strength for use on machine tools and large instrumentation while being especially attractive in reception areas on furniture or doors, and can be colour coded to suit custom colour schemes or corporate design styles.

The GN665 is constructed in oval section aluminium with zinc die mounts which ensure strong fixing and precise positioning. Complimentary Elesa products include levelling feet, industrial castors and lobe knobs, as well as two and three arm handwheels for applications from workshop floor to libraries.

COOL HAND ELESA

These MMT handles are “cool” in all senses – stylish, practical and functional – they are particularly suited to applications where high temperature equipment requires manual operation. The MMT by virtue of its internal aeration channels and technopolymer insulation provides a significant “thermal break” and a relatively cool handle. Elesa’s MMT is thus suited to use on ovens and other machinery running at high temperatures.

Elesa "cool" handles have 110 degree gradient for hot applications

Laboratory tests on the MMT show a thermal gradient of 110°C reduction from the mounting surface to the thermoplastic handle, enabling otherwise scalding hot material to be manipulated at comfortable hand temperatures.
