Comfortable, Adjustable Cam levers.

Elesa - comfortable, adjustable cam levers
Cam levers got more comfortable to use when we introduced this LAC range - a development from some advanced thinking in respect of standard machine elements, we managed to created a safe and comfortable grip as well as an elegant design and easy to use knurled adjustment. Given the application of this sort of lever, which is often on display and in frequent use, these are factors which are important to all types of equipment from quick assembly systems to temporary placement jigs or workpieces. Typically these may be on vehicles, conveyors, machines, stands or indeed wherever a quick and solid clamp action is needed.

The LAC version offers a threaded hole for use over a pre-installed stud whereas the LAC-R has its own adjustable stud assembly. Both types offer quick re-setting to adapt for optimum clamping force and speed of use, they both benefit from carefully designed glass reinforced technopolymer handles to maximise comfort and efficiency of manual use.

FIXED AND REVOLVING – WE HANDLE THE LOT!

Fixed and revolving handles
As standard component specialists we are proud of our 60 plus range of handles for manual machine operation. Such handles vary from small knurled knobs for instrument adjustment, to ball end knobs and cylindrical handles for lever arms or actuating levers and for clamping functions. Each family is available in many sizes to match all kinds of industrial, manufacturing and instrumentation requirement.

They are particularly suitable for applications on fitness machines, tools and machines for gardening and goods transport, high-precision instruments and disability aids.

This range of fixed and revolving handles are offered in a variety of tough materials resistant to the many solvents and cleaning materials  encountered in machine environments such as production floor, disability equipment or agricultural operations. Typically, handles are manufactured in polyamide based technopolymer or high resilience polypropylene based technopolymer (for greater comfort), also phenolic based Duroplast and mirror polished aluminium. Lever arms are chrome plated steel with Duroplast knobs or handles.
